“I have only been with several companies during my adult life. Most of which are all centered on customer service and customer management. I would like to think that I excelled in both.
My most recent job was overseas and slightly over 2 years ago. I was working as a Sales Executive for a System Integration company for Broadcast and Media Industry. We were selling software, hardware, system set-ups for major local production studios. I handle over a hundred customers belonging to different companies. The job entails the following task but is not limited to; lead generation, active communication with the customers, meetings, making quotations and proposals. I am the sole contact of these customers to my company regardless of what stage of their project is. So everything feedbacks to me. I believe that there are only 2 factors for a good salesperson. One is a good price and two is a better customer relationship.
My other two previous jobs were the same. They just belong to two different companies but doing the same things. I was in a BPO company with an Account based in the USA. I was answering calls and helping customers to get back online. This is the job that made me learn to appreciate customer service employees."
