"I have worked in the BPO Industry for more than 5 years as a Technical Support and Customer Service Representative for Telco and SAAS Account. I have worked as well as a Cold Caller/Inside Sales Associate/Sales Development Representative for a B2B Account. I have been an Outbound Specialist/Appointment Setter for Healthcare Accounts. I am doing cold calls to Medicare members and ask qualifying questions about their current health insurance plans. And once they are qualified we are setting an appointment or transfer them over to the Licence Medicare Agents to discuss their options. I have worked as well with Wellcare one of the Biggest Health Insurance providers in the US as an Outbound Specialist as well. We call as well member and assist them to process their subsidy application for their Part D. I also member about their inquiries on their plans. Aside from that I have also worked as a Full Desk Recruiter and Marketing Specialist. I communicate with Physicians through Call, Email, and SMS, and at the same time, I am calling Hospitals/ Medical Facilities and present our company and services. I am encouraging them to partner with our recruiting firm. One of the tasks as well would be to do the credentialing, conduct interviews, and assist in the onboarding process. I have also worked as a Lead Generator and Back Office Admin for 2 years."
