    “I've been in the BPO industry for close to eight years. I have worked with different lines of business, from online transactions, both traditional and crypto currencies; to healthcare providers and voice relay services.

    My first work was with Paypal, where I assisted end users with the platform, mostly with account questions, update needs, transactions and disputes. I stayed in the company for 4 yeras. Followed with, Coinbase where I stayed for a year assisting users with account related questions as well as enabling transactions.

    I took a break from work in 2019, as I gave birth and did online teaching for Japanese students both young and and old. Then went back to working in the BPO industry with Cigna healthcare, answering eligibility questions and claims.

    I also worked for an answering service for a Pulmonologist and Sleep Specialist, where we discuss appointments and cancellations, take messages to be relayed to their Medical Assistant and office administrator as well as doctors and nurse practitioners; such as prescription refills, test result availability, and prior authorization requests.

    I am aware and have stayed HIPAA compliant throughout my tenure and acknowledge the importance of staying as so, post employment.

    My most recent work experience was as a voice relay representative, with Clear Captions, where we assisted hard at hearing users get real captions on their telephone conversations.
