Spring 2012 Member Status Form

Welcome new and old members to the Spring 2012 semester of the National Society of Leadership and Success! We had a great turnout last semester and are ready to see what we can accomplish this year. Many of you have already graduated and some have certain conflicts this semester whether it be a night class that is during our Chapter meetings, student teaching, etc. We would like to get a total number of members who plan on being active this semester. As we have said before, it is up to you on how involved you would like to be in Sigma Alpha Pi because once you are inducted, you are an official member. Please fill out the form below and submit it as soon as you can. All feedback will be very helpful and thank you for your time!
