7. Incident reporting system
How many people will agree to be trained initially and ongoing?
How much are you able to contribute to the cost of the defibrillator?
Will there be other sports utilising the defibrillator and if yes, how will they ensure security of the defibrillator?
Will the defibrillator be covered as part of your contents insurance?
