    "I am an experienced customer and technical service support with 5 years of accumulated expertise. I also have 3 years of VA experience handling different clients, each with varying tasks.

    I first worked as a customer support for a US telecommunications company back in 2016 and after 6 months, I got promoted as a Subject Matter Expert and handled escalated calls and concerns. I’ll be honest, it was stressful but the thing is I genuinely enjoy helping out my colleagues. I served as their support and at times I also do touch-downs once a week to make sure we’re all well-equipped and calibrated.

    After a year I landed a job as a technical support for a US wearable fitness gadget company. I do emails and chat support simultaneously. Under the same firm I was transferred to a different company and I became a Search Engine Optimization Writer. I write snippets based on the top words from the search traffic.

    2019 came and I discovered the realm of VA. I worked as a freelancer for 3 years and when handled 3 clients of different lines of businesses. Whilst in the midst of working as a freelancer, I had the opportunity to work as a technical support for a US telecommunications company where I have to troubleshoot TV, internet and email.

    After working as a freelancer I decided to work for a VA company and work with real estate investors as a cold caller. Handling several states in the US. I have a fully functional home office ready to accomplish tasks. I also have backups just in case of an outage. I am viable, with my skills and experience, I am truly pumped to work with your team."
