Back in 2009 after I graduated college I worked as an ESL teacher for foreign students. I spent four years teaching. As a teacher I'm responsible for my students' improvements both written and oral. I also help them to acquire knowledge and competence in English .After years of my contract I decided to look for another job. I engaged in real estate locally as a real estate agent. My responsibility is to assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Advise clients about market conditions, conduct walkthroughs, and provide guidance and assistance through the process of buying, selling, or leasing properties. The job is crucial but the demand is very appealing and one thing I like about the job is the time flexibility.
2016 when I decided to move to Cebu City when my BPO journey started as a CSR at Concentrix under a visa account as a fraud specialist. The main job is to analyze account transaction data to discern potential fraudulent transactions, monitor bank accounts and financial transactions from time to time for me to provide the best option if accounts are put on hold by the bank.
Fortunately I got promoted as a trainer for aspirant candidates.
My journey as a teacher , real estate agent , customer service representative and a trainer helped mold me to become a better version .I had sleepless nights and of course stressful days but I'm proud because I'm able to survive and equipped with knowledge on how to face challenges in life.
