"I would love to contribute to your company's greater success. I offer you more than 8 years of customer service expertise for mostly US-based companies.
My career as a customer service representative started way back in 2011. My first shot was as a technical and sales consultant for a telecommunications company in the United States which lasted for a year and 9 months. After which I was given the chance to handle a money transfer account for the US and EMEA regions for 3 years. Next was with another US-based telecommunications company as sales and technical support. The most recent was for a technology company still based in the US as payment and technical representative for another 2 years.
All these experiences were with just 2 BPO companies. I recently decided to work from home for safety reasons and is looking for a long term position. In addition to my experiences, I have integrity and discipline which is essential for a remote position.
Working as a customer service representative is a fulfilling role since I am given opportunities to work and help people from all walks of life and learn from each experience. I am more than willing to be trained to learn specific skills and knowledge to be both effective and efficient for the role."
