As the MLB season begins, we are calling on all cat lovers to join in on a little fun to support Shelter to Home.

Here’s how:

Before you cheer on the Detroit Tigers this year, make a pledge for each time the Tigers hit the long ball during the regular season.

At the end of the season, your pledge will be tallied up. Your donation will help us continue our mission of saving shelter animals.

You don’t have to be a baseball fan or follow the games to participate, but if you are, know that each dinger is a winner for STH!

2016 = 211 home runs
2015 = 151 home runs
2014 = 155 home runs
2013 = 176 home runs
2012 = 163 home runs
