AWA 2013 Vendor Application Form
This form is for potential retailers for Anime Weekend Atlanta 2013. The completion of this form does not guarantee booths at AWA. All forms are verified before approval.

Anime Weekend Atlanta will be held September 27-29 2013 at the Renaissance Atlanta Waverly Hotel, Cobb Galleria Centre, and the Sheraton Suites Galleria, Atlanta, Georgia.

The Dealers Room will be at Cobb Galleria Centre.

  • BOOTH SPACE REQUEST

    Booths at AWA are 10' x 10' pipe and drape space, 8'x2' table, and two chairs.
    Booth spaces without tables and chairs are available.


    A Corner Booth is a single booth at a higher cost than a regular booth.

    An Endcap Booth are two 10' x 10' booths.

    Availability of Corner and Endcap Booths are limited.

    The Booth Space Request is to determine how many booths you will need before verification. Some spaces may not be available after verification.
