"I have been a Customer Service Representative for about 5-6 years now. I started as a Customer Service Representative with my most recent job which is a small BPO company where we handled calls, both Inbound and Outbound and emails. I had the position where I usually take escalation calls when the need arises.
Prior to this, I used to be a Customer Service Representative as well for a Telecommunications line of business where we take care of our customers' phone services such as call, text, and data services. In this job, I used to troubleshoot every issue a customer may have with their services and make sure that any issues with their service are resolved/ fixed in a timely manner.
This experience honed me to become more flexible and sensitive to my client's needs. With this, I am confident that I can contribute my ability to providing and delivering great results. I have a well-equipped home office setup that is ready to execute any tasks that I will be given. This opportunity is a fit where I can maximize my organizational and interpersonal skills.
