    "Hi my name is Mark Anthony Paulo, a Customer Service Professional with almost 4 years of accumulated experience in Customer Service. I started as a Customer Care Associate for a Telecommunications Company in the United States. The job responsibilities were General Customer Services which include Billing, Technical Support, Retention and Upselling. I had handled the Customer Care Associate position for a year and a half then I was promoted as a Subject Matter Expert. I had been a Subject Matter Expert for almost a year until I decided to leave the company.

    Then I joined another company as a Customer Service Representative for a known Printer Company based in the United States. Our responsibilities were assisting customers for their Ink subscriptions, billing, upselling and technical issues when it comes to their Computer and Printer connectivity. I had handled the Customer Service Representative post for 7 months until I left the company to work in a different field.

    I had been working in a different field for a year until I decided to go back in the BPO industry. I was accepted as a Customer Service Specialist for another known Telecommunications Company in the United States. This company is quite different from the first Telecommunications Company I had handled since it has several lines of business such as TV Cable, Internet, Home phone and cellphone services. The job responsibilities include assisting customers for their billing, sales and upgrades, plans and subscriptions and technical support. I had been a part of the company for 8 months until I decided to resign last September 2020.

    Now I am looking for a home-based job due to the pandemic so I can just work at home without having any risk getting infected outside. I am planning to do work from home permanent. I have no other commitments and I make sure that I will be focused and committed on the job."
