"I worked doing customer service from my home for a car insurance company. I was to handle customers that had issues with their car insurance. I was also handling any type of situation that they had when they needed to use the insurance, any doubts, as well as handling payments from the customer.
I also did customer service for a games retail company for around 2 years. My job here was a little bit harder because we had very very hard customers. I handled a lot of situations like online orders issues (missing order, order not delivered, order not shipped, etc.) and store complaints. We had a membership and with that membership you got a magazine, so I was handling issues with the membership and the magazine subscription too. Also I took care of any store employee that had issues with their computer, because I was supposed to give them tech support.
I'm very familiar with the home office work so there will be no issues. I'm looking forward to work with you guys.
