"I believe I am qualified for the post due to the fact that I have been with the BPO industry under a leadership position for 12 years now, on top of which I have been exposed to the different facets of the industry. I am well versed with Microsoft and other software applications and I also specialize in a wide array of administrative and managerial tasks.
I can confidently say that I have a high aptitude towards learning new processes or applications. I am also able to adapt quickly and move from assimilating to performing and eventually exceeding expectations.
