    “ I'm an experienced customer service representative with a verifiable track record of resolving complex issues quickly and winning customer loyalty for more than 10 years. I'm a Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Communication Engineering graduate. I've been in the Business Processing Outsourcing Industry for more than 8 years I was with Teletech, Transcom, and Convergys BPO company before. My previous job as a Technical Support Representative Level 2 was giving out the best customer satisfaction when it comes to resolving their internet issue, cable, and billing issue. I was also assigned as an SME or Subject matter expert and a TL POC where I am dealing with a supervisor calls and escalating the issue.

    I am ambitious and driven. I thrive on challenges and constantly set goals for myself, so I have something to strive toward. I'm not comfortable with settling, and I'm always looking for an opportunity to do better and achieve greatness. In my previous role, I was promoted three times in less than two years. My current job is as a Virtual Assistant as a cold caller where I call all a list of homeowners and ask them questions. If they fit the criteria or the needs of the client I book an appointment on a calendar.
