    "I have been in the BPO industry for 6 years where I worked as a customer representative, virtual assistant, technical support representative and a cold caller. I’ve worked as a customer service representative at Iqor Philippines. My account back then was Sprint, it’s a telecommunication company. Our main job is to help customers with their bill, phone issues and we also upsell insurance plan for their phones.

    After two years, I moved to Concentrix Philippines formerly known as Convergys Philippines where I worked as a technical support representative. My account at Concentrix was DirecTV, DirecTV is an American direct broadcast satellite service provider which transmits digital satellite television and audio to households in the United States, Latin America, and the Caribbean. We provide basic troubleshooting and if the troubleshooting didn’t work then that’s the time, we set up an appointment for a service call.

    After almost two years with Concentrix, I moved to Thinqube computer services where I worked as a customer service representative/Virtual Assistant. I evaluate calls from the US and provide direct support for customer’s plumbing, HVAC, and air conditioning issues.

    My most recent Job was with Titan Property Investors where I work as a Real Estate Cold Caller. The tool we used was follow up boss where we get all the information of the seller. When it comes to checking the seller’s property and its off-market value, we use propstream. My main job was to call homeowners and ask them if they are interested in selling their property, once we have gotten their approval, that’s the time we ask them about the information of the property they are selling then we schedule an appointment so we could give them the best possible offer for their property.
