"I first started in a card services firm at risk management. We usually deal with reports about their cards being compromised and unrecognized charges through inbound and outbound calls. What we do is tag charges as invalid and issue a replacement and put a block temporarily to the card while in the process. I was with them for two years then after that, I was offered for an online marketplace account through email and chat support. We walk through the process of creating a case for Sellers and Buyers (Item not received) for buyers and an Unpaid Item Case for Sellers, reinstates suspended accounts, processes feedback removal if applicable, lifts security hold, reports fraud and transactions from Nigeria (Nigerian Scam). I also had experience in Tier II Tech Support Troubleshooting with a DSL connections company as an SME/Team Coach.
My recent work experience was in a home-based setup as an implementation concierge at a WordPress development firm. We address tickets through Freshdesk asking for website edits, blog manipulation, SEO through Yoast, Plugin setup, and email marketing.
