"I just finished working on a project for 2 years wherein my team supports the administrative front office of a company that offers luxury apartment rentals in the UK and Europe. Our team handled booking inquiries, emergencies and relevant issues during the off hours which is a 12-hour operation. I handle all reporting, coordination, manpower from talent acquisition and performance evaluation which also includes payroll. During my four years as a freelance consultant I have worked on projects from website development to email marketing for a popular supermarket in the UK, sales teams for a SIngapore-Australia based real estate consulting and investment firm to data entry team for an Airbnb-type of business. My strengths are process organization and operation wherein I handle all facets of a client outsourcing from hiring, operation and payroll."
