"I have over three years of rich and professional experience being a customer service representative. I was then connected with one of the 5 star bpo centers here in the Philippines and during that time I was able to get to work for a very well-known company in the USA.
I handled billing and sales. So what I did is not just purely customer service actually , I also resolve billing concerns, make decisions if its valid to make bill adjustments or give credits for outages, also did technical support sometimes if needed, and the challenging part is to make a sale and turn a not so good call from the start into a good one and getting our customers yeses for an upgrade even an additional service coz we do tv service, phone service, internet service and even mobile services. That was indeed a tough and challenging job but I loved the experience. It was rewarding. And just to add, before the start of the year 2021 I also landed a job as an appointment setter servicing solar companies and merchant services campaigns. Looking forward to working with you soon."
