“I worked as an inbound customer service for a healthcare insurance company from year 2009 until 2014. I assisted healthcare providers for their inquiries regarding patient's benefits, eligibility and claims. I have also worked with a healthcare staffing agency for nurses and nursing assistant doing both inbound and outbound calls year 2021. During the pandemic, I have worked with an e commerce company as a trade assistant and later became a claims representative doing inbound, outbound and email.
My experience in various customer service roles, including inbound and outbound calls, as well as email and chat support, has provided me with a comprehensive understanding of customer needs and effective communication strategies across different channels. In my inbound customer service role, I developed a keen ability to actively listen to customers, empathize with their concerns, and provide timely solutions.
