ESPON 2020 - Possible European Territorial Futures

Imagine, you wake up and Europe has changed drastically overnight. Which areas will flourish in the new situation and which areas will have difficulties to adapt to the new reality?

This expert consultation is the second survey launched by the ESPON 2020 "Possible European Territorial Futures" project. The following questions are related to territorial effects, challenges and opportunities if Europe had by the 2030s a 100% renewable energy market, a circular economy and a collapse of property markets.
