    "I am Edenia Asencio, I live here now in the Queen City of the South, Cebu City Philippines

    I started working in BPO, in 2016 as a Customer Service Representative in Blue Cross and Blue Shield handling inbound calls, and then right after over a year. I had an invitation as a Travel agent in Trip Advisor then got promoted after a couple of months as a Travel agent Sales Specialist handling inbound, outbound calls, chat, and email.

    And last year 2020, due to Pandemic our account was pulled out. Travel banned was implemented and locked down in different places around the globe. And that time I was moved as a Technical Support in Samsung US handling technical issues and perform troubleshooting steps resolving customer's concerns.

    With all the experiences working in BPO for about 5 years now, I do understand attendance, consistency of being productive every day, excellent organizational skills, and time management will give an impact on the growth and success of the company. I am also familiar with this software (Google sheet, Microsoft Excel, Google Calendar, PowerPoint, etc,) which basically I use every single day.
