"I had been in the BPO industry for 5 years. The first 3 years I was a billing and sales specialist. The main task was to explain the bill and make a sale after the billing issue’s resolved. I was promoted as a Support for newbies for about 6 months in that specific account.
After that I transferred to a technical account still in the same BPO company. I handled anti virus technical assistance for PC, Mac, Android and iOS devices. In a span of 6 months I was designated to do outbound tasks that includes generating daily and hourly reports and calling customers back. I stayed on this account for 2 years.
I decided to do home-based work. I had been an outbound Appointment Setter / Cold Caller for Real Estate handling FSBO, Absentees, Tired Landlords, and Probate campaigns. I’ve been doing this kind of work as of November 2019. ''
