Ray's Grill Catering & Maple Room Inquiry Form
  • Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Dates are reserved with a $250 deposit, which will be applied toward your final invoice.

    Maple Room Reservations have a Food & Beverage Minimum of $1,000 for Dinner events (Tuesday-Thursday), $500 for Lunch events (Tuesday-Saturday), & $1,500 for Dinner Events (Friday-Saturday).

    A confirmed guest count is due 7 days prior to your event date. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate any changes in guest count after the confirmation. Final bill will be based on the confirmed head count, unless guest count is increased.

    Our Maple Room has a maximum capacity of 50 Guests.
