My recent job is as a dental insurance verifier and appointment setter for government insurance such as Medicaid and private insurances (Metlife, Ameritas, Aetna, Cigna, etc. ), checking patient's eligibility and complete breakdown of benefits on their specific dental insurances.
I am knowledgeable of the following tools such as Vicidialer and Avaya for dialers. Pushauction for CRM, Slack, and Ryver for communication platforms. Dentrix, OpenDental, Eaglesoft for dental practice management software. Microsoft powerBI for appointment setting. Canva app for basic editing. I am also proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
