“ My recent work experience has made me grow professionally. I can tell you that my most recent employment was at Tata Consultancy Services with a global leader in the IT services I majored in helping out store employees at JCPenney. I also worked at Ttec formerly known as Teletech for Getaround, a car sharing company. At both of these companies I worked from home.
Throughout the course of my career, I have honed my abilities as a Customer Service Representative and ITSD agent. I am an astute problem-solver capable of prioritizing and managing complex projects with proficiency where I know I can master as a Virtual Assistant.
In my previous role, I exercised skills in customer service, interpersonal and inbound call handling and constantly contributed to team efforts and organizational improvements. I am open-minded and focused on new developments in my field, I have proven to be effective and motivational with proficiency in communication and collaborative work.
