“I began my career in the BPO Industry, I worked with Sutherland Global Services in Clark Pampanga as a customer service representative of one of their online shopping account which is Amazon. After that I also worked with Convergys Corporation in Baguio on their EBay account. What we do is we covered Billing and other General Questions pertaining to customer's online purchases. Eventually, my role has evolved to being a Transition Consultant, where we help newbies on how to familiarize themselves with the product itself.
After more than 2 years handling customer service, few years ago I was drawn to the Virtual Assistant Space. I've always been skilled at solving customers concerns and providing quality care to customers. I worked with Versatel Marketing as a lead generation specialist. What we do is we qualify leads for Medicare and transfer it to one of our licensed agent and turn it into a sale. I also worked with E-Dental SEO wherein we call dental offices to help them generate new patients, set up appointments and schedule them to speak with our manager. My last job was with an Independent Insurance Agent with US Health Advisors. What I do is cold calling leads for health insurance, qualifying them and transfer it directly to my agent to close the sale. With me having the opportunity to work with these companies, I was able to enhance and polish my skills in customer service, appointment setting which in relevance, can be an edge for me in the position.
With many years of experience handling customer service and appointment Setting, I have developed a pleasant speaking voice over the phone and can build a rapport with those who I am talking to. I'm dedicated, I'm very resourceful and a fast learner. I am goal oriented and never have a problem meeting quotas or goals that are set for those in my position.
