"I've been working in the BPO industry for almost 5 years. I used to work as a customer support representative, technical support, sales representative and medical records retriever.
I worked in the sales account for 1 year and 1 month. We book hotel rooms and car rental for our customers. We have a metric to follow for us to be on the top 10 of the best agents. I was awarded for the 2nd highest sales in our account for 2 consecutive months.
My previous job was a medical record retriever and stayed there for 3 years and 2 months. First, I was assigned to call facilities to verify if they have the patient on file and if the doctor is on staff. After a few months, I was transferred to a different line of business because of my high score card. My duty was to check if the facility already sent the records and make payment for invoices that we receive.
I am focused, driven and passionate about the work that I do and make sure that at the end of the day I am able to deliver a good output. I never had an attendance issue for almost 5 years that I have been working in the BPO industry.
