"Howdy! My name is Kevin and I'd love to become part of your growing team. Being in the industry for more than 6 years, I felt so excited to hear about your need for a Customer Service Representative. I know that I can be a great addition to your successful company. I have dealt with multiple campaigns which helped me to hone my craft in the Call Center business.
Before transitioning to working from home, I started as a Customer Service Representative. Wherein I assisted customers with their inquiries, addressed their concerns, handled issues with ease, and most importantly, I ensured customer satisfaction over the years.
The biggest role I played was Director of Operations for Real Estate and Call Center. I managed pretty much everything from A-Z. I handled Recruitment to look for the best candidates and got them onboard. I also did Training for the new hires to be prepared before deployment. I was also responsible for the day-to-day Calling Operations. That includes Quality Assurance, Technical Support, and Team Lead Support. Apart from that, I also did Payroll and ensured that the VAs were being paid properly. I also took part in the Acquisitions where I did follow-up calls and set face-to-face appointments. Aside from being on the frontlines, I also did Back-Office tasks such as Sales Trackers, Email Management, and Scorecards to monitor the team's performance.
Being a team-player is my greatest strength and I am proud to say that handling a big role greatly helped me to improve on my craft not just to be a good employee, but to become a better person.
