This final review is designed to go over one last time all the most important details of your event. I have created this as a safe guard to prevent any miscommunication and to ensure the best possible service on your special day. This information will be printed & carried with our staff on the wedding day so please make sure all fields are filled out correctly & all information provided is accurate.

  • The name of your wedding collection you have booked. Please refer to your wedding contract if your not sure of the name.
  • The starting location and time of the second shooter is determined by the main shooter unless otherwise agreed on with the bride and groom prior to the event day.

  • Details of the dress, flowers, rings are all important things to capture before they are used. Describe above the plans to get ready so we can document it fully.
  • Its advised that the rings be with the bride at the start of the day so the main photographer can capture them.

  • Wedding Ceremony Details

    Please answer the following questions about your wedding ceremony

    The planned time that everything is starting for the ceremony. Jay Kossman will plan on arriving at the ceremony location at least 30 minutes before the start time of the ceremony in order to get detail shots and set up gear.
  • This includes any religious traditions, unity candle, sand, coins, crowns, anything. Let us know so we can capture it all

  • This is extremely important since we are forced to abide by any rules set by the ceremony location & it can effect our shooting of your pictures
  • Remote cameras can be triggered by wireless remotes so once placed we don't have to be next to them to use them

  • Post Ceremony Plans

    Tell us the plans once the ceremony is over
  • Include if you're doing bubbles, sparklers, or anything special. Are you're leaving after the grand exit for a fake trip around the block in the limo, ect.
  • If yes it very important for you to make sure everyone you want in pictures know they have to stay for them & not leave. We will not know who is who when it comes to family of the bride & groom. So if someone leaves you wanted in group shots we're are not responsible. Make sure everyone you want pictures with knows they have to stay for them

    We work very close with your limo company in capturing your day so its important to know their details

  • Second Shooting Locations & Details

    Once we leave the ceremony location for more pictures tell me everything you can about those locations

  • Let us know what pictures you're planning to have at this location & any other special shots you want to capture or do at this spot

  • What pictures are we doing at the second shooting location ? I normally encourage clients to pick out one spot for bridal party & groups and then a second spot for just the bride & groom alone
  • If it rains or it's too hot or cold to shoot outside at the spots you decided on you should plan to have a backup spot to be safe
  • Getting permission to shoot at public & private locations is the responsibility of the bride & groom including any fees required to shoot at those locations.

  • Wedding Reception Details

    Provide a time here if you are having a cocktail hour prior to the reception starting

  • Many couples want pictures of the reception hall or location empty & setup before guests arrive. If you have a one shooter collection then this would require the photographer to break off from the bridal party and head to the reception early to setup & shoot details.

  • These add-on's are for photography collections only that you have already booked or come with your collection. For new add-on's you want to book now, please contact us.
  • Any special rules or restrictions related to Covid-19, Masks, Social Distancing, Ect)

  • Wedding collections of 4 hours or more a meal is required to all shooters, assistants and/or photo booth staff at the event per the wedding contract. The meal does not have to be what guests are eating, a vendor meal is also fine.
  • Please refer to your contract, Section 29: Meal, for details.
  • Do you want us to ask you before your collection time ends if you want to go shoot low light end of the night shots ? This normally takes 15 mins.

  • Overtime price per hour is $350 if booked now or on the spot at the event. (Please refer to your contract, Section on: Limitations/Negotiated Time/Overtime, for additional details)

  • Your Wedding Vendors

    Tell us about the other wedding vendors we will be working with on your wedding day
  • Balloons, Chairs, Lighting, Candy, anyone we missed. Names and websites if possible

  • Post Wedding Details

    Review some important choices that apply to you after the big day is over

  • Special editing requests include removing tattoos, scars etc. These do not include changing the physical appearance of any person (double chins, removing sweat, smoothing out skin, make a person thinner etc). Contact us with any questions
