Universal Orlando is one of the largest employers in Central Florida and we pride ourselves on being an employer of choice.

Our internal Team Member Discounts site highlights companies and local businesses who offer exclusive discounts to our Team Members.

  • Great! We're excited to offer your discount and at this time there's no cost to be included in our Team Member Discounts, but we do need to go over a few things before we get started:

    - Our staff are called “Team Members,” not “employees,” “associates,” or “cast members.” When writing your discount description or preparing any accompanying flyers, please use this term. (“Universal Team Members”, “Universal Orlando Team Members”, or “UO Team Members” are all acceptable.) Universal Orlando reserves the right to edit offer submission prior to posting as deemed necessary.

    - Discounts must be exclusive to Universal Orlando Team Members (and may be inclusive to friends and family if you wish to include them, just let us know)

    - Postings will focus on the discount offered and does not serve as a general advertisement

    - Please limit your offer to 280 characters or less. Universal Orlando reserves the right to abbreviate offer submissions due to spatial restrictions

    - You must be the store manager, business owner, or official franchisee or marketing representative to submit a participation request

    - Pending review and approval by the site administrators, offers may be posted to the site within 2-5 business days

    After completing and submitting the form below, your discount will be removed within 3-5 business days.

  • Please provide the specific details and exclusions of the discount offered to Universal Orlando Team Members and how to redeem the discount. For example: "20% off all menu items (excluding alcohol)" or "10% off online orders with discount code 12345" Please be advised, Universal Orlando reserves the right to abbreviate your discount per our guidelines.
  • Please provide the specific information you'd like updated on your discount posting (i.e. contact information, discount modification, etc.) Please note that Universal Orlando reserves the right to abbreviate offer submissions due to spatial restrictions.
  • We can link a flyer or printable coupon to your discount posting with a few guidelines:

    - must be a .pdf file
    - any reference of Universal Orlando employees should be as 'Universal Orlando Team Members'
    - use of any Universal Orlando logo/image or any intellectual property related to Universal Orlando Resort is prohibited.
