“ My name is Hershey. I am a dedicated and hard working person who believes in three important qualities that I should have. These are Determination, Self-Reliance and Passion. I started my career as a Customer Service Representative in 2012. My first job was with Aegis People Support. I was nominated as the "Agent of the Month" for 4 consecutive months because I was able to hit the target for Upselling.
After Aegis, I was a Health Consultant Representative with Convergys, then a Technical/ Customer Support with Telstra, Data Entry/ Reservationist with Accenture and part of the Escalations Team with Eperformax. I have certain experience and qualities which specialize in Customer Service that makes me the best at this. I am comfortable working in this industry and I can say I have been successful at it.
My last job was with Emma Mason, an e-commerce furniture store located in Brooklyn, New York. I was a Customer Success Manager and what I do is check on each of the client's orders. Provide them with the latest update and communicate with the freight and delivery company. We also process claims for damaged items or items that need to be replaced because they were lost in transit.
As I shifted from office-based to working remotely, I can say it's a challenge to learn mostly by yourself but it is very rewarding. On the good side, I am more efficient in working because I can manage my time. I am very okay in working on a graveyard shift since almost all my work experience is on a graveyard schedule. I am confident of our succession together as I am punctual and creative. "
