"I have been in the BPO industry for over 4 years. In May of 2016, I started working in Teleperformance as a Tech support agent for a US Telecommunication account. My main job is to receive inbound calls from customers that need help with their TV, cable, or internet service. We help them with troubleshooting and create tickets to send out technicians if needed. I decided to render my resignation with Teleperformance after over a year with them which was in August of 2017.
Then I started working for AFNI Philippines, in the same month August of 2017. I was assigned in a US Telecommunication account as an Order support agent where I receive inbound calls of customers needing help with their order like returns cancelations and exchange.
After 6 months I was one of the many people who got pulled out from the account due to high staffing. I got transferred to another US Telecommunication account as a chat support customer service agent. In this account, I help customers with almost everything like billing, troubleshooting, general inquiries, plan change, phone upgrades, and cancellation. I decided to render my resignation with AFNI in January of 2021."
