"I have over 5 years of a professional Customer Service experience with different line of business. My years of experience taught me a lot of things and helped me grow professionally in this industry. I am confident enough to know myself that I have the ability to make anything I put in my mind to success.
My most recent job that I had is a Customer Service Specialist in an international company for almost 3 years in which I enjoyed the most. I am an interviewer of a professional workers and I made sure that I will follow up their application through email. I also call them to process or make an appointment in their best time to be interviewed. I am part of the pioneering team in which I am the best and the top performer in my batch that I experienced to be a coach for a while. The metrics for this job were mostly on how I can handle each 30 minutes interview and how many clients you can push to finish the whole process within the day.
Previously, I also had an experienced with a healthcare account in which I was able to use my strong-analytical skills. I am very flexible and adaptive that I was able to handle two line of business. I used to do an inbound TSR and outbound sales call. I also managed to do a follow up through email and track their supplies. The metrics for this job will depends on how many you called and how fast you finish the tickets given within a day. I made sure to always be on top so I can get bonus, rewards and incentives.
