THE FAF ARTIST/VENDOR APPLICATION
Thank you for your interest in becoming a FAF artist,to show and/or sell your work.

Due to a high volume of applications, you will not receive notification of application status for at least two weeks after submitting. When your application is approved by the jury committee, you will be contacted by the FAF committee at which time you can purchase your package selection to reserve your space at the event.

  • *The Open Air Artist is distinguished from the other packages by the lack of inventory. Artist focuses on created a work live. Artist is welcome to sell that work in addition to a very limited number of other pieces. All needed supplies provided by Artist. Space should be limited to roughly 6' x 6'. This distinction in packages DOES NOT mean that artists selecting the other packages are not allowed to work live; in fact we encourage it!
  • TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    Please read the information below

    SPACE - You are responsible for supplying your table and any other needs unless you have purchased a convenience package.

    TWO DAY COMMITMENT - You will be assigned a space/booth for the duration of the festival which begins on Saturday, September 28th at 11:00am and ends on Sunday, September 29th at 4:00pm. You are prohibited from breaking down your area prior to the end of the event.

    POWER SOURCE - No generators allowed unless with special permission.

    DEADLINE - Applications are due on or before July 31, 2013. Applications received after this date are subject to a $25 late fee.

    LOCATION - All exhibitors/vendors will receive their assigned space location approximately one week prior to the event. We cannot guarantee exact space locations and assignments are at the explicit discretion of the FAF committee.

    RAIN DATE - This event is Rain or Shine. There are no rain refunds. In the case of extreme weather and acts of god, the event will be cancelled and fees will be banked until the following year.

    CANCELLATIONS: Refunds will not be given to vendors for any cancellation. If a vendor notifies MSWI in writing before August 15th, MSWI will "bank" this registration fee which can be used towards the following year registration. It is not guaranteed that fees will be the same year to year.

    APPLICATION APPROVAL - Main Street Woodbury Inc. reserves the right to decline any application or revoke any acceptance without explanation or exception.

    LIABILITY - Exhibitors/Vendors/Artists will assume full responsibility for their products/exhibits. Main Street Woodbury Inc. is not responsible for any damages, loss or theft, or for any personal injury incurred during the course of all FAF related events and activities during 2013.

    USE OF IMAGES - Unless you request otherwise, your application will be considered permission for the Woodbury Fall Arts Fest to use any submitted images, any images of products from the above submitted websites/online shops/blogs/online examples of work and/or any images taken at the event in any publications or promotional materials, in any medium now known or developed in the future without any restrictions. If you object to the use of your product images, please notify the MSWI, in writing, at the time of your application.

    GENERAL - All vendors/artists who are selling at the fest are responsible for procuring their own business status including proper licensing, tax ids and the collection of all sales tax.
