“I worked as a Customer Service Representative for a large Telco company for 5 years. Handling billing concerns, phone activations and troubleshooting. Helping customers understand their current plans. Offering better plans that works according to their needs. Together, we review their bills, and offer payment plans if the need arises.
I also worked as a Lead Verification Specialist for 4 years. Working on multiple programs. We called and did the screening before transferring them to the client for their services. We have programs for those who are looking for debt reliefs/settlement options, online schools, and cars. We do surveys on some programs.
We also have a program where we assist customers on getting an appointment to specific dealerships to have their car worked on. Transferring them if they want to speak to their Service Advisor or Sales. I'm familiar with XTIME and Dealer Logix tools.''
