"My only recent work experience that I have is as a Bilingual Interpreter. I work for the company Language Line Solutions, and I work from home. Basically, my job is to receive phone calls from US Companies for agents who have on the line customers that don’t speak English. I translate simultaneously from English to Spanish and from Spanish to English.
I have developed some skills as a Bilingual Interpreter, some of them are listening and comprehending what the customer needs, delivering a response that will satisfy the client, and to also always be kind and patient because it is important to always have the best attitude as we are the voice of the company.
Therefore, my ability to get along with anyone and my experience in phone calls with agents make me suitable for Customer Agent positions."
