“ I have a 4 years of working experience in a call center industry. My first 2 years was with Amazon. I was a customer service representative and got promoted as a Tier 2 agent after 6 months. I handled Kindle device specifically. It was a challenging role because we do upselling. If troubleshooting won't work for our customers, we need to make sure that they'll buy another Kindle device as part of our given resolution.
And then I'm hearing a lot from my friends that telecommunication account is really hard to be hired but then I found it more interesting to apply, so I challenged myself. I tried applying in a telecommunication account and was hired by AT&T. I worked with them for 2 years as a technical support associate. I handled pre installation so most of our customers are really aggravated. I learned to be more patient and understanding. And most especially I learned how to listen with all their concerns and make sure to end every call positively.
But after working in a call center industry for 4 years, I found myself missing my family. I missed my youngest growing days, so I tried looking for a job online. Luckily, I was hired way back August 2019 as a real estate appointment setter and worked for my client for a year. It ended up due to pandemic and client wasn't able to sustain me. And then I looked for another client, and they were very loving and caring. I really love them actually but since it was a pioneering account it didn't last. My client experienced bankruptcy.
With my 2 years of working experience as a real estate appointment setter, I learned to be more patient when it comes to work not just with people but with what I am doing. Being an appointment setter is not as an easy job as we could think. I learned to be more independent, do some researches because we don't have support to ask whenever I needed too. I learned to do some admin task as well. And I grateful that I do have a 6 years of working experience and will definitely contribute something to your company. ''
