  • Prospective Students:
    If you are interested in enrolling at Montgomery College and have never submitted an application before, visit our Getting Started: How to Apply and Register page to learn the steps in the enrollment process and submit an application.

  • New Students:
    If you have applied and been admitted to Montgomery College, you should have been issued a student M-Number (e.g., M20000000). Please have your M-Number available, it will be useful when submitting this form. Moreover, check where you are in the Enrollment Process for Credit Classes.

  • Current/Returning Students:
    Please make sure you have your student M-Number and Montgomery College email available when completing this form. If you are a returning student who has not taken a credit class in the last four years, you will need to Reactivate Your Student Account. Download, complete, and submit the Student Reactivation Form to update your information and reactivate your account using this form.

    If you need the Office of the Dean of Student Affairs to complete forms requiring academic and disciplinary history for transfer, employment, or other reasons, please complete an authorization release. You do not need to submit a Raptor Central Online Request form.

  • Visiting Students:
    If you are a student at another college or university and would like to take classes at Montgomery College to transfer back to your home school, you can find information about the registration process on the Visiting Students page.

  • Alumni/Alumnae:
    If you need the Office of the Dean of Student Affairs to complete forms requiring academic and disciplinary history for transfer, employment, or other reasons, please complete an authorization release. You do not need to submit a Raptor Central Online Request form.
