"My name is Michelle Borromeo Oliquino , 22 years of age. I'm a Graduate of Computer Science course in Lagro Computer College. After I graduated last 2015, I only worked in a single company, but I worked there for almost 3 years. In the span of three years, I was given the opportunity to play several roles.
I’ve been a (TSR) Technical Support Representative for Comcast, a Sales rep for Charter Spectrum, a Billing Specialist for Comcast and finally, a CSR for Amazon.
As a Technical Representative, my primary task is to basically resolve customer’s technical issues, and patiently assist them in trouble shooting. Having that situation, I was able to gain multi-tasking and problem-solving skills.
Second, as a Sales Representative, my main goal is to make a sale. For me to do that, I have to actively listen and identify their needs, so that I can appropriately offer the best package according to those needs. With this, I learned to be attentive and friendly at the same time.
Third, as a Billing Specialist, my priority is to effectively educate the customers about their previous, present and future bill. This role was quite challenging because most of the time customers call to complain. Because of this, I learned the value of patience and humility.
Lastly, as a Customer service representative, my main job is to answer customers inquiries, apart from that I also follow up and go the extra mile in providing superb service to the customers. With this I learned to be extra ordinary in every way and not just settle for mediocrity.
Right now, I’m applying for the position of virtual assistant. For me, the qualities that make a top notch virtual assistant are the following: she should be a multi tasker a problem solver, she should also be attentive, friendly, patient, humble and of course extra ordinary. And definitely, I can make them see my smile through my voice.
