Please complete this form for review by the AEC. Contests involving out of state schools must be approved prior to participation.
Based on a decision by Alabama High School Athletic Association, TAPPS member schools will not be approved to participate in events which involve schools, public or private, from Alabama.
Based on determination from the TAPPS AEC and Executive Board, TAPPS member schools shall not be permitted to participate in contests against International Teams / Squads.

Once approved by TAPPS, the TAPPS member school is bound to the conditions of the contract. If the game is later cancelled the TAPPS school must notify the TAPPS office and provide explanation of the reason for cancellation. The explanation shall include any and all payments required as a result of the cancellation
