"My Last BPO role was being a claims analyst for the largest general insurance company in Australia and New Zealand (IAG), specifically for their auto insurance claims division.
My specialized role allowed me to perform in processing Auto-insurance claims. Primarily responsible for verifying the authenticity and eligibility of claims, analyzing the billing, communicating with policyholders, and ensuring adherence to all the policies and regulations during the entire procedure.
Once we arrived into a conclusion which includes the determination of liability of either or both of the parties involved we will then apply and process any eligible after-claims services such as setting appointment with HIRE-CAR Services and dealing with scheduling as well as getting an appointment from Auto-repair companies for inspection (if car is still repairable or will be in-default) and repair.
Lastly, for any inconclusive scenarios, appeal or complaints, a report and narrative will be made and then be sent over to the claims-management team for review."
