"I worked for Australian companies such as AGL Energy Australia for 2 years and Telstra Australia for 3 and a half years. I also worked for Balsam Brands,a US based eCommerce and Retail Company. During those years, I have an experience with Shipping and Order Management, Email Enquiries and Escalations Management, Chat Support, Inbound and outbound calls, Sales, and mainly as a Customer Service Specialist.
In my previous position, I maintain an exceedingly functional work environment while delivering exceptional customer service. I have a knack for problem solving and work well independently and with little oversight. I respond to requests from colleagues and clients in a timely manner and am adept at prioritizing multiple tasks.
Additionally, I am adept at:
