    "A chunk of my career has been working in a BPO setup, I have had a chance to work with some amazing people in the industry. To start off, I had been given roles such as a Technical and Customer service agent. Which had provided the opportunity to further enhanced my communication skills at the same learning to formulate answers to client/Customer concerns, like troubleshooting PC, TV, or Console issues for both software and hardware while meeting the required calls in a timely manner.

    After working in that field for about 5 years or so, with our newly born son at the time, I decided to expand my expertise, I was promoted and entered the world of Quality Assurance, this was on a totally different level, being in this role had taught me to be keener to detail, since my main role was to audit calls, in addition, I was also tasked to recheck our main tool to identify pain points and provide feedback to the client.

    Two years had passed working in quality. At this time, I was yet again provided an opportunity to raise my bar of expertise as a team lead, after few interviews, I was fortunate to get the post. Being a people manager had greatly widened my skill set, as a Team lead, our core role was to monitor and coach individuals with different background on weekly basis, which also enhanced time management and multitasking skills, however, we had various admin tasks to complete on a daily basis, a few examples were creating progress reports, Agent KPI trend reports, Monthly business reviews with management and much more.

    Being in these various posts, had taught me to work effectively on every task at hand with accuracy. To find solutions to be more efficient at work. With these acquire skills accompanied with the drive to learn more will be an awesome combination your company."
