The Preble County ESC can perform fingerprinting for the purposes of background checks. If you would like for the ESC to submit your fingerprints for the purposes of a background check, please complete the following form and submit payment (if an employer voucher is not issued). Upon completion, you must appear at the ESC office to have your fingerprints scanned.

Those individuals who have not been issued a voucher will be required to pay for the background check. This can be done via this online form (credit card transaction) or by coming to the ESC office. If you come to the ESC office, we can accept CASH ONLY.

If you pay online, you will receive a receipt via Email.
