Faith Formation Room Request
Please specify below your request for a specific room other than your regularly assigned room.
Please know that all room requests are handled and booked on a first come first served basis. If you request a room and it is already booked, your request may be denied.
NEVER assume that once you submit a request that you will have immediate access to the room. Before you take a class to any of these rooms, you must first receive email/written or verbal confirmation from a Faith Formation Coordinator, the Director of Youth Ministry, or the Director of Faith Formation.
