"I have been working in the Business Process Outsourcing for almost 4 years. Prior to that, I am also a working student. I used to work in Starbucks company as a part-time barista before working in the BPO industry. In addition to that, during my college days I also help my parents manage our small business which is located inside a university.
As an individual I can say that I am responsible, goal oriented and efficient person. I always make sure that every task that is given to me will be accomplished on a timely manner. I am the type of person who always give my best and exceeds company’s expectation. Talking about my experience in the BPO industry, I used to work as an email support representative for an international e commerce business for more than a year. We answer all of the customers inquiries from the item description to the location of their order. After that I worked as a Process Associate for a bank in the United States of America, we handle different kinds of products like bank cards, mortgages, checking account, and auto loans. We provide service to our customers like processing their payments over the phone and offer additional assistance that will help them bring their records on a good standing.
In terms of quality, you don’t have to worry about me because I have a keen eye for detail and I take my job seriously. Working on this industry almost 4 years helped me develop my skills on providing good customer service to our clients. What I enjoyed working on my previous working experience is that all of them has something in common, and that is to provide and gain good customer relation. Giving that kind of service to our clients made me realize that there is always something that I can offer. Sharing my learnings and knowledge with them with no hesitations also gave me a purpose in life and happiness with no condition. If I am going to work for your company as a VA, expect that I can work on a flexible time and will make sure to have my own quiet working space with stable internet connection. Attendance will never be an issue because I prepared for a backup laptop and additional internet connection if in case something emergency happens. You can expect that all of my efforts will be given to your company and will share my learning's moving forward."
