"In the past two (2) years and seven (7) months, I have worked with a team of Personal Financial Planners in Fortis Lux/Financial a member of the Mass Mutual Financial Group of companies. This team aims to help people concerning their finances, including insurances of short and long term life, disability, and retirement. My job is to make sure that we keep this business rolling by way of setting a one-on-one, face to face appointments for them. They provided the leads for me coming from the top companies in America. I call this list of clients daily, equipped with a specific script (spontaneous, not verbatim) to set an appointment in the next coming week or depending upon the availability of the person on a given day, time and place in a week. My day ends with a report of all the clients I was able to set appointments with, including all the callbacks and the interested parties all sent through email.
In the early part of 2017, I had the pleasure of working with an Australian client who was engaged in a lot of sales activities and products, but he made me handle three (3) of these products one at a time for more than a year. All of his products involves selling, two (2) of them are under Optimum Health Safety. The first product was a fire alarm. A very sensitive sensor for houses, offices, and businesses or any livable space, that reacts instantly in case of fire. The next product was a smartwatch, then, it was only available in Australia. The watch is much the same as the Apple smartwatch (then), what’s good about this watch is its ability to detect the wearer’s sugar level in the body without pricking or puncturing. The last product was a personal smart alarm for isolated workers. The product aims to help persons who are mostly working alone either in the office or in the field like medical workers, police, company employees working alone at night in thrift stores or other offices who have lone workers. The alarm poses as an ID decent enough to be tapped without the offender noticing that the police have been alerted. It could also be an emergency alarm especially when the worker like a ranger experiences danger and help is so far away. All this was a business to business call (B2B). He provided the list of clients and institutions as well.
Before that, I worked with the local forwarder/logistic company here in the Philippines as an account handler for about a year. My job is to get companies to move their company products from Manila to all points in the Philippines. Making sure it was shipped on time and orovuding an ETD and ETA to the client. I'm not sure if that works. I'd probably prefer the logistics part of it.
My clients and I have worked on a hundred percent trust and confidence for the longest time that I have been working with them. I work, and I deliver to keep my job and to keep my bosses relaxed and happy."
