    " In the last 8 years, I have worked in both Financial and Customer Service Industry. My last corporate job was with JP Morgan Chase & Company as a Telephone Banker II and eventually got a role as a Peer Coach or commonly known as Subject Matter Expect. The job was basically to assist customers calling in with questions or concerns regarding their bank account. The main role is to help the customer by providing accurate information and resolve their concerns effectively and efficiently. Working in a Financial Industry means that one should always practice Integrity which I personally uphold.

    Having selected as a Peer Coach was both a privilege and an opportunity for me to grow as an employee. Working as a Peer Coach on the other hand was a fun experience as I was able to interact with new hires and helped them in their first week of taking calls. As a Peer Coach, I was able to help new hires by sharing product knowledge, tool navigation and share best practices especially in dealing with difficult customers. Also, we were tasked to do coaching and call evaluation within our micro team consisting of 3 to 4 new hires. And I am proud to share that in my last micro team, we won the Best Micro Team award and that paid off all the nights and hard work I shared with my team.

    Given my circumstance back in 2016, we had to move back to my hometown in Bacolod City. Fast forward, a year after, I landed my first work from home experience with my US Based client. The role was initially as a Customer Service representative assisting customers with their product questions or order concerns. And as the years went by, I was entrusted to take on other roles like Amazon CSR, I was tasked to answer to buyer messages thru the Amazon Seller Central, take care of the A-Z Claim and Chargeback. I am also proud to share that during my stay, we were able to increase the store's rating to 4.6. Aside from that, I was tasked to process refunds for orders across all retail websites including that in Amazon as well as process additional payments for order upgrades and add on. I was also in charge with the drop shipping orders, coordinating with the vendors if in case the customer needs to have their order on a specific date or if they need to make changes with the order.

    My last job gave me the avenue to be able to work and at the same time be a mother to my children given that I work within the confines of our home. They say, working from home is boring but not to me. I find it fulfilling as it gives me the best of both worlds, be a mother and a professional at the same time."
