"I have been with Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and eCommerce Industry for more than 7 years with top companies in the US, Europe, and Australia.
I have worked as a Customer Service Executive with the previous company mostly doing everything. From contacting Suppliers and Courier companies, to order fulfillment and tracking orders (calling courier companies to track orders, disputes, and lost items), to answering questions regarding shipping fees, time frame, and dealing with customer complaints regarding the ordered products, refund, replacement, and return request.
I also deal more with Suppliers and Resellers particularly with new purchase orders, delayed orders, and upcoming orders for various types of products and spare parts.
